Story
We are taking part in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival 2016 and helping to raise much needed funds for charity.
This September, we are going to be sweating it out and doing our best to complete a gruelling course over the Harbour Bridge, around Sydney's CBD and finishing at the Opera House steps...
We are honoured to be a part of this amazing race and helping a great cause, and we would really appreciate your support in this endeavour.
This year we have chosen to raise money for Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia, which is working towards the eradication of obstetric fistula from Ethiopia. This is through treatment, rehabilitation and the training of midwives. The number one way to prevent obstetric fistula is to provide the women of Ethiopia with emergency obstetric services. This is a cause we feel very strongly about given our line of work here at AJ Physio and we believe all women should have access to good obstetric care.

The Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation, formerly Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia (Australia) is an independent charity established by Dr Catherine Hamlin to raise funds for Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia and other partners using the Hamlin Model of Care to eradicate Obstetric Fistula.
The Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation has one purpose and one purpose only: eradicating fistula. Forever.
