Story
Hi guys,
I am taking part in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival 2016 to help raise funds for cancer research in memory of my mother. My Mum Kiew passed away in November 2015 after an arduous battle with cancer, multiple myeloma. The Australian Cancer Research Foundation helps fund research for all types of cancer including multiple myeloma.
This September, Tim and I going to be sweating it out and doing our best to complete the half marathon run in under 2 hours. I will be thinking of my mum as I cross that finish line! If you would like to join me or run the 9km bridge run or 3.9km family run and help raise funds for the Australian Cancer Research Foundation let me know.
I am honoured to be a part of this amazing race and helping a great cause, and I’d really appreciate your support in this endeavour.
